     1. Welcome and call to order at 6:45

     2. Announcements about transportation and alcohol licensing

     3. Introduction of Mr. Richard Preuss from the Institute of Public Safety: Presentation of the "Safe Streets Now" program.

     4. Topics of this program include: Drugs, Gangs, Excessive parties, prostitution, etc. Program operates under a 2 year grant.

     5. Tenant eviction problems are discussed including problems with nuisance properties that can be solved through: a. documentation

                       b. notification

                       c. mediation

                       d. litigation- small claims court up to $ 7500 with a filing fee of $ 55 dollars.
