Minutes of Directors Meeting

September 18, 2011 at Balboa realty

Call to order at 2:00 P.M. Roll call: Theresa, Earl, Jim, Jerry, Bettie, David

1. Motion to approve minutes of 8/5 made by Bettie, 2^nd by Jerry-approved

2. Discussion on Sullivan Solar and our general meeting in September

3. The need to share information about the possible change to district elections was discussed. Theresa needs an updated email list from the secretary.

4. October general meeting will include a vote of members to determine opinion on having a ballot initiative regarding district elections. Ideas for October meeting guests include: Fish and Wildlife regarding salt pond restoration, animal shelter representative (Oct. adoption month), Wanda Bailey on volunteering, Salt works representative.

5. Everyone helped assemble the newsletter and we adjourned at 3:00
