Minutes of Directors meeting

July 22, 2011 at Balboa Realty

Call to order at 1:33 Roll call: Carolyn, David, Jerry, Earl, Doc, Jim, Bettie, Theresa.

1. Motion to approve minutes of 6/20 made by Earl, 2^nd by Bettie with 2 abstaining (Jim & Carolyn), adopted.

2. Discussion of the agent of process order from the State of California. Change of address required with Earl volunteering 397-A 3^rd Ave. for this purpose.

3. Topic for our August general meeting discussion. Charter review commission representatives will be invited with stakeholders. Possible attendees: Glen Googins, Mr. Bellamy and Rudy Ramirez. Earl will make the calls and 4^th Monday date switched to 5^th Monday, August 29 due to a schedule conflict.

4. Decisions on our Lemon festival booth and preparations are: Meeting at 261 Garrett on Friday the 5^th at 5:00 p.m. to organize and mount photos on foam boards.

5. Move all things needed for display to space #117 North, Sunday at 9:00 A.M.

6. Other business: Doc suggested we start a project that encourages the city to fix streets, etc.
