Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting,

March 14 2011 at Balboa Realty

Call to order at 2:00 p.m. Roll call: Jerry, Jim, Bettie, Earl, Theresa, David

1. Motion to approve minutes of Feb. 13 made by Theresa, 2^nd by Jim- passed.

2. Discussion of upcoming meetings discussed at length. Ideas about our previous plan to have a history presentation about Southwest Chula Vista in May include: Ruth’s mom, Priscilla Zaragosa who may have some photos or documents. Library photos could be accessed online. Photos or stories about Montgomery, Castle Park are needed.

3. April meeting will have homeless advocates- possibly Turning The Hearts Center or So. Bay Community Services.

4. Suggestion of Redevelopment as a topic for a future meeting made.

5. March 28^th general meeting will have a Sweetwater District spokesperson and possibly Wanda Bailey on the volunteer program.

6. Jim Doud confirmed the Eagles Club for the March meeting.
