Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting

Call to order at 1:15 -  Roll Call: Ruth, Doc, Jerry, Bettie, Earl, Theresa, David, Earl

1. Minutes approved unanimously from May 15, 2011

2. Discussion of name tag purchase for board and officer members of SWCVCA. Motion to approve a hybrid plan of some acrylic and some better quality and budget of approximately $100.00 made by Bettie, 2^nd by Ruth, approved.

3. July 25^th general meeting to continue history.

4. Discussion of support for district elections versus “at large” for city council seats. Motion to support made by Earl, 2^nd by David, passed unanimously.

5. Other business: Lemon festival booth on Aug. 7^th and discussion of permits needed for alternate uses.

6. Motion to adjourn by Jerry at 2:15, 2^nd by Bettie, adjourned.
