Meeting
called to order at 10:30 AM by president and chair Theresa Acerro at Jimmys
Restaurant at the corner of Oxford and Third Avenue in Chula Vista.

Roll
Call: present Theresa Acerro, Norberto Salazar, Marica Morris, Penny Bollinger,
Earl Jentz, Bettie Lupi, Steve Palma, Karen Ratliff
Also present: associate
member Margaret Tuite, member Terry Hanvey
Absent and excused: Jim
Hunt, Kenn Colclasure, Esther Arguello-Dreueuo, Guillermo Briseno, Olga Durazo.
3.
It
is resolved that SWCVCA shall file an application with the IRS and the State
Franchise Board to become a 501C3.

4.
It
was resolved that we will reconvene on March 17 at 9 AM in same location in
order to discuss specific infrastructure problems in the southwest.

It
was resolved to put the post office box as the official address for the checking
account.

There
was no quorum on March 17. Those present discussed infrastructure informally
and shared information.
